Registration and Information Desk
The registration / information desk is located in the main lobby of the hotel

Yoga Gear and Props
We strongly suggest that you bring a yoga mat, blanket and strap. See course descriptions for other required items. These items will also be for sale on site.

Market Place
Yoga props and extras will available for purchase on-site.

Hours of operation:
Friday 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 8:00am – 1:00pm

Fragrance-Free
The conference will be a ‘fragrance-free’ event. In order to help every participant enjoy the conference, please be mindful of what you wear. This includes scents in shampoos, hair styling products, laundry detergent, deodorants, essential oils and perfume.

No Smoking
The conference facility is a smoke-free environment.

Picture and Video Taping
Atlantic Yoga Conference reserves the right to video tape and/or photograph sessions and activities at the Atlantic Yoga Conference “The Manipura” 2009. 

Conference Office
If you need assistance during the conference, committee members will be available at the registration/information table.

First Aid
If there are health concerns or allergies that we should be aware of, please let us know so that we can be prepared should you need our assistance. A First-Aid kit and assistance will be available at the information table.

Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to respect the code of conduct and ethics of the Yoga Atlantic Association.

Waiver of Liability
Registrants of this and all Yoga Atlantic events must understand that there are serious risks associated with all physical activity and that when practicing yoga one may suffer minor or major injury.  Registrants must understand these inherent risks and assume that for all such risks associated with participation in any activities in conjunction with Atlantic Yoga Conference, all employees, Yoga Atlantic members, volunteers, instructors and agents are exempted from liability.
