Dear Marketplace Exhibitor,

The 3rd Yoga Atlantic Conference will be held April 17-19, 2009 in Halifax, NS.  The theme for the upcoming event is “giving back”; particularly with regards to our environment as the conference takes place just before Earth Day (April 22).  We are excited to bring together close to 300 yoga teachers and students, from beginners to advanced practitioners.  Our focus will be on increasing awareness of the inter-connectedness of ourselves to our beautiful planet. 

The conference attracts people from all across Atlantic and Eastern Canada as well as the Eastern United States for a full weekend of yoga related workshops, seminars and demonstrations. And of course shopping!

You have an amazing opportunity to exhibit your products/services/brand to an attentive, influential and enthusiastic cross-section of the population.  We feel as though your product/service aligns itself nicely to our theme of “giving back”.

  • Open invitation to keynote address/one free session of your choice.
  • You MAY choose to close table during sessions to participate.
  • Face to face interactions with up to 300 delegates.
  • In addition to the delegates registered to the conference, the doors are open to the public at different times during the weekend to expand this connection to the community. These guests will have opportunity to visit the Marketplace and experience first hand your product or service.
